To get the core out of a boil
Here are how you can do it.
First of all, the boil need to open  and start draining by itself by  . Do not try to open it by yourself , it is very painful and can delay healing.
Here are what you need to get the core of the boil out , you will need a bottle of soda or similar bottle, a pot of boiling water, a  piece of toilet paper.
Procedure
Let me repeat it again, before doing this, ensure the boil is open and already draining.
Put the bottle into the pot of boiling water and heat.
Remove the bottle from the pot and drain all the water inside.
 you should be left with a warm hot.
At this point, care should be extremely taken, only heat the boil to the temperature or the hotness of the bottle should be to the point you can bear
Put the warm bottle on the boil, ensure that the mouth of the bottle has covered the boil.
Hold the boil in this position.
Until the core of the boil come out.
Use toilet paper to clean the fluid.
Used pain relief, wipe it on the boil.
How does it work
When air is heated, it expand, it volume increases, warm air expand more than cold air. When you heat the bottle, in the pot, it become hot, the air inside the warm bottle is warm. When this air cool, it contract, thereby creating a vacuum inside the bottle. This vacuum must be filled. Therefore the bottle with absorb the boil through pressure and the core will come out.
Precaution
The bottle should only be heated the temperature you can bear, though a hotter bottle will work better.
Toilet paper should be used to wipe away the fluid
Never squeeze the bottle, to prevent your body from re-absorbing the pus.
Do not use towel , so that you do not transfer the infection to other.
Wash your hands with antibacterial to kill the bacteria and prevent the spread.
