to prevent boils, the best thing to do is to maintain good personal cleanliness, hygiene and environmental sanitation.
 Your body need needs to be clean, you r clothing need to be cleans as well as your hands and mouth.
Boils are caused by bacteria, a staphylococci bacteria,  when these bacteria get into your body through a cut, hair follicle or open wound , it start to cause  boils, redness, itching  and inflammations result. In less than a week time boil appears.
 To  prevent boil all what you need is to prevent , this bacteria from getting contact with your body.
 The best way to start , is to start with  your body , you will need to cleanse your body  from these bacteria, this can be achieved by daily bathing.

 Therefore after you are healed from boil.
Stick to daily body cleanliness, daily bathing using a strong anti-bacterial soap. Wash your clothes or wears with a strong antibacterial detergent,  empty your room and wash your cotton, bed sheet, towel with antibacterial soap.
 Keep up with this for like a month to ensure that you are free from the staph bacteria,
Always wash your hands with hand sanitizers from time to time.
Wear cover shoes when going out,
Avoid using public swimming pools
Do not share clothes and shoes with others.
Do not walk barefooted in football fields, tennis court or basket ball court.
If you can stick to this then you can prevent boils from coming back.
 the good news about boils , is they are caused by bacteria, and once you can prevent these bacteria from having contact with your body, then you can prevent the boils.
HOW TO PREVENT BOILS FROM COMING BACK
at this point , I assume you are cured from boils. Therefore to
 to prevent a boil from coming backs
do all of the following
·         You  will need to wash all your clothing with disinfectant to kill the remaining bacteria in your clothes
·         Wash your blanket and bed sheet in hot water using a disinfectant to kill the bacteria.
·         Avoid swimming in a public swimming pools
·         Avoid sharing of clothes and shoes with anyone
·         Avoid hugging infected people to prevent transmission.
·         Avoid using hot tub with strangers
·         Maintain good personal cleanliness, daily bathing , teeth brushing and wearing of clean clothes.
·         Always covers wounds , cuts  with medical tapes
·         Do not leave wounds open.
·         Ensure your toilet and bathroom are not contaminated.
The good news is , these bacteria will need to penetrate your  body before they can cause any infection.

HOW TO PREVENT BOILS ON BUTTOCKS
to prevent boils on the buttocks , you need to add the following to the above prevention measures.
 The buttocks is part of private part, always covered  with clothes, these prevent good ventilations. The buttocks is hairy, always wet due to sweating and poor air ventilation, close to feces, urine and sexual discharge, these makes it a very dirty place.  This is why it smells must of the time.  All this unhygienic condition are good habitat for boil causing bacteria. Therefore to prevent these boils from coming back, ensure that these area are clean all of the time. Use a sponge and medicated soap to clean it thoroughly when showering.  All ways trim the hair in this area, I do not recommend cutting off all of these hair so as nut to cause a a skin  cut or  a bump that bacteria can easily penetrate.

HOW TO PREVENT BOILS IN THE GROIN AREA
 the groin area is like the buttocks, to prevent boils in these area good personal hygiene should ensured. Washing of the urine passage and anus should be done after using the toilet. Avoid using of the toilet papers, this will not clean  these waste thoroughly, instead use water and soap to wash thoroughly. Preferable medicated soap. Also always wash the hands also after the use of the toilet.
