 The eczema diet or recommended foods are foods that contain compounds that fight eczema symptoms, foods that do not contain strong itching compounds or foods that prevent the absorption of eczema triggering compounds.
In this video  we have shown the compounds that fight eczema, the foods that contain them, we also listed foods that do not contain powerful eczema irritating compound and therefore safe for use.

Anti-inflammatory food are foods that suppress redness and swellings in eczema patients. They contain eczema suppressing compounds like omega-3, a good example of anti-inflammatory foods are

Like salmon,  mackerel, tuna, sardines. and herring, fish oil particularly contain omega 3 oil, a very powerful anti-inflammatory,

quercetin
quercetin is found in many plants, and foods, such as red wine, onions, green tea, apples, berries, Ginkgo biloba, are some of the foods that contain these compounds.
Quercetin contain powerful antioxidant and antihistamines, it therefore reduces eczema inflammations and histamines in your body.
Foods rich in quercertin are foods like vegetables, broccoli, red onionspeppersapplesgrapes, black teagreen teared wine, and some fruit juices.
 You should incorporate any of these in your diet.

 Using food to clear eczema symptoms and prevent it from flaring up again is a good   , if not   the best thing you can do to clear up your eczema.

There are foods that can deactivate powerful itch-promoting compounds like salicylates, sodium glutamates and amines, they are foods containing vitamin b6, biotin, magnesium, zinc and molybdenum. Therefore look for foods containing any of these compounds and add to your diets.
