Antihistamine drugs
Antihistamines drugs inhibits the activities of allergy inducing compounds In your body. When you have an allergy to a particular food or drink, your body develop a compound that alert your body system that such foods are in your system. This compounds are called  histamines.  This histamines causes skin irritations and eczema flare ups once your body you consume such foods.
 Antihistamines can help cure eczema symptoms like itching, hives, skin rashes, itchy and watery eyes.

And headaches

the next treatment for eczema is the use of phototherapy
 this involves the use of light to treat eczema symptoms, eczema light therapy reduces the overactive skin immune system that causes inflammations.
This treatment can be used by adult and children over two years of age. This is the best eczema treatment and works where other method fails.
 Eczema light therapy comes with its risk like burning, skin damage or skin cancer. It is also time consuming and often involve visiting a doctor for so many times.
The next method of treating eczema is psychological counseling.
Stress causes eczema flare ups.  The psychological effects of seeing rashes and swellings all over your body. The  social discrimination and relationship problems some eczema patient went through can lead to anxiety, depression and stress.   Therefore a good counselor will be of great help to a person suffering from eczema.
An eczema person should not stay alone and lonely, a good smile or a kind word from someone can reverse back the stress hormones. He or she should mingle with others
 An eczema patient, that know stress is one of his triggers, should get involve in simple exercise, work on his hobbies and always keep himself busy.
