Here are

 A dry skin, a dry skin is one of the major
cause of eczema. A  dry is skin is

you got a dry skin. You will have to keep applying moisturizers to your skin.
Irritants,
these are substance that cause allergic reaction, on your skin. They are  mostly chemicals in the day to day substances
we use  these substances  can be  
perfumes, chlorine cigarette smoke, soaps and cleaners and fragrance.  To control these types of triggers what you
need to do is check the label check for the labels before buying. You should
look for substance like neomycin and bacitracin.
Formaldehyde, Cocamidopropyl betaine etc. 
Other
eczema triggers are dust, pollen grains and danders, this are natural skin
irritant that cause eczema breakouts, avoid these by  having proper hygiene and body cleanliness,
avoid staying  outside during the hay
season.
Extreme
temperature, extreme temperatures are part of  major eczema triggers, very cold temperature
like early in the morning or late in the evening during the winter season or
very hot temperature  especially at noon,
during the summer season. Can cause improper skin response that can cause
eczema to flare up. Here are what you should do. You should avoid this
temperatures for cold temperature:  Wear
thick clothes  , avoid ice water and keep
your room  temperature moderate.  For the hot temperature, avoid moving out
under the hot especially at the noon time, other thing you can do is to keep
your room temperature  moderate.
 Swimming in chlorinated water, chlorine can
cause  skin irritation is some people,

Bacterial
or viral infection: though eczema is not a bacterial or viral infection but
having a bacterial infection can also cause 
eczema breakout. Treat all skin infections your skin like boils and see
if the eczema will go.
Other
ecma triggers are skin scratching, playing in sand or sandpits, sitting
directly on carpets or grass and stress. These are the major triggers of
eczema. There may be other triggers which may vary from individual to
individual knowing your triggers is very important. It will help you avoid them
and stop eczema from flaring up.
