 not all  these foods can flare up your eczema.
for a foods to flare up your eczema, then your body must give an allergic reaction to it. do you know  what is meant by allergens. these are foods that are not poisonous on their own but your body sees it as poisonous.
 these foods cause irritations in your body and you know  eczema is caused by irritations, therefore avoid these foods to be free from eczema. if you  are already having eczema avoiding such foods  will let you have some peace. yes the itching and scratching will reduce .

 i can’t single handedly tell you what foods your body is allergic to or what foods you should avoid. because all of us have different body makeup. but here are some foods that are known to cause  eczema to flare up. due to the skin irritations they cause.

  1. citrus fruits
  2. dairy
  3. eggs
  4. gluten or wheat
  5. soy
  6. spices, such as vanilla, cloves, and cinnamon
  7. tomatoes
  8. some types of nuts.

these are foods that have shown significant irritations in eczema patient.  they contain some compound in them that naturally cause skin irritation.
 they may show same in you or may not show any signs in you.
 what should you do now.
 to know if such foods can flare up your eczema or not.
 here are what you need to know.
the first step to take is to:
check your diet: look at what you eat, is any of the above among them. if any , i will say you should stop it from your diet and monitor your eczema symptoms. if you see any changes then note them and take healthy measures..
 for example if the eczema symptoms subsidies, it is one of your eczema triggers, you should be grateful that you know that. remove it now from your diet.
 but if you notice no any change in symptoms after you stop such foods, then it is not your eczema triggers. and you should continue eating your diet.
note that your eczema triggers may not be one of the foods listed above. test each of the foods in your meal and monitor the changes to take appropriate measure.
there is no single food that cause eczema  to flare up in babies,  breast milk cannot cause eczema in babies, but if you supplement your babies diet, i would say, you should monitor each foods  and observe the symptoms changes.
fried foods, because of the fat content can cause skin allergic response in some people, therefore if you are allergic to such foods you should avoid it.
 there are foods that naturally flare up eczema, we have listed some but it is left to you to confirm. apart from these your eczema triggers may not be listed here.
