Eczema does not
spread from one person to another, eczema does have a causative agent, no virus
or bacteria spread eczema, therefore eczema cannot spread from one person to
another.
In another word, we can say eczema is not contagious. But eczema
can spread from one part of your body to another.

Stay indoors, in the winter or use protective
clothing. These skin irritant will cause
skin irritations and cause you to scratch, the eczema, when you scratch, the

bleeding, this can expose your skin to viruses and bacteria can cause other
skin infections.
Therefore, I can say, avoid scratching eczema,
avoid food allergies, skin irritants to prevent skin itching that can make you
