What
causes eczema to flare up are irritants, they cause allergic reaction in the
body, the body system responds to it in an abnormal manner. This cause the
eczema to flare up. It is very important to identified this substance and how they cause the eczema, so that you can
avoid them and prevent eczema.

Natural
skin irritants like pollen grains, dust, danders, can Cause skin irritation,
when they get contact with the skin, other skin irritant can also cause eczema to
flare up.
Like
exposure to chemicals, perfumes,
chlorine cigarette smoke, soaps and cleaners and fragrance etc, can cause eczema to flare up.
Other
normal substance in our environment
like a metal known as nickel is known to cause eczema to flare once
it get contact with the skin. Like wool
and polyesters.
Antibacterial
are also known to cause eczema flare up.
Antibacterial ointment like neomycin and bacitracin.
Other causes of eczema to flare up,
are chemicals found in the substance we use at home or preservatives in canned
foods to eat, for example in disinfectant, vaccine, glues and adhesive, there
is a chemical called formaldehyde, it cause skin irritation that result to
eczema breakout.
Personal care product mostly contains a
chemical called Isothiazolinones, this is an
antibacterial found in this substance.
Eczema
breaks out can also be caused by chemicals found in shampoos and lotions ,
this chemical is called Cocamidopropyl betaine . this chemical is used to thicken the shampoo
and the lotions. but can cause eczema breaks out when it torches the skin.
Also substances used in leather dyes and
temporary tattoos, called Paraphenylene-diamine, can also cause skin
irritations that can lead to eczema.
Stress is also one of the causes of eczema,
the symptoms of eczema becomes more prominent among eczema patients, when they
are under stress.

They
best way you can avoid eczema is to check, the label of any product you wish to
purchase, check to see if they actually contain this chemicals we listed above.

the pollen grains, dust,. You should cover your door, your window especially
during the winter seasons. To prevent this
irritant from getting on your skin.
For cigarette
smoke avoid smoking or inhaling the smokes.
